|I come up a cycling back ground, and I'm new to running and have been experiencing fatigue like pain around the inside of my elbows on medium to long runs.
Over time does this pain subside once your body gets used to running.
Any comments or suggestion would be appreciated.

|I have not experienced this pain, but it sounds like you are not relaxing your upper body enough when you run.
Try this, on your next run focus on your body rather than the clock. Go out on your favorite 2-3 mile course and focus on keeping relaxed from the waist up.
Avoid steep hills or off road trials for this exercise. Those conditions require more arm pumping, which is what I suspect is causing the fatique.
Keep your hands open, neutral, don't clinch. My hands typically swing in front, close to my waist. Avoid a side pivot motion (arm pump).
I hope this helps. Ultimately, the more you run, the more your body will find its natural positioning. It should cure this itself in time. Putting in at least one long run per week should help quite a bit.

|Shake your shoulders/elbows/wrists out a couple of times per mile. It helps me. Cheers Scoots|| |
