It me again with more set up questions....Gall

Hello again...

I have everything fitting good except the boys. I'm not having any more neck, hip or triceps. But I cant get the boys from going numb.

I have no clue to where to begin. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Try to angle your seat a few degrees to one side or the other...

What kind of shorts are you wearing? I found that bibs helped for me. The shoulder straps keep an upward force to keep the shorts tight and in everything in place.

First I would recommend making small adjustments in directions that will make your seat more comfy, and your crotch less numb. Some guys like the nose to be pointed to one side, or tilted on way or the other..

The other suggestion, which I know works for many of my Ironman buddies, is to stand up once and a while, maybe every 8 or 10 mins.. just for a short(s) stretch.... (ok, terrible terrible pun...)

They found that this reduced the feeling of numbness after long rides.

like the Selle Italia SLK or SLR gelflow. I can hardly ride solid top saddles anymore due to the pain/numbness.
