| It me again with more set up questions.... | Gall Aug 4, 2003 6:06 AM | | Hello again...
I have everything fitting good except the boys. I'm not having any more neck, hip or triceps. But I cant get the boys from going numb.
I have no clue to where to begin. Any suggestions?
Thanks! |

| Up, down, left, right and more... | sctri Aug 4, 2003 11:12 AM | | First I would recommend making small adjustments in directions that will make your seat more comfy, and your crotch less numb. Some guys like the nose to be pointed to one side, or tilted on way or the other..
The other suggestion, which I know works for many of my Ironman buddies, is to stand up once and a while, maybe every 8 or 10 mins.. just for a short(s) stretch.... (ok, terrible terrible pun...)
They found that this reduced the feeling of numbness after long rides. |
