Aug 4, 2003 11:15 AM | | In the coaching that I have done I know of a few teams that use heartrate as a guide in training and instead of wearing monitors many teams have a "team" monitor that has a little paddle which when pressed to the chest of a swimmer at the completion of their set gives a quick reading.
I will check if I can get a website on that.
