I like the sole of MTB shoes; makes running through transition easier. |

Jul 1, 2003 3:08 AM | | Unless you are going for the win, go with what is comfortable and you are used to. I use Diadoras with a buckle and a velcro. I am sure I could shell out another 150 and get tri specific shoes and shave of a precious 5 seconds. But you know.... |
