|Anybody have suggestions for a good and reasonably (yeah right) priced tri bike shoe. Let me know what you've tried and what you've liked.

|Sidi has some road shoes with just two velcro straps, thats what i use, they arent "tri specific" so you save a bunch of cash

|I use MTB shoes with a single velcro strap. I pulled the laces out and threaded elastic through the lace-holes.
I like the sole of MTB shoes; makes running through transition easier.

|Unless you are going for the win, go with what is comfortable and you are used to. I use Diadoras with a buckle and a velcro. I am sure I could shell out another 150 and get tri specific shoes and shave of a precious 5 seconds. But you know....|
