I have very flat feet and lately when I've been running more than 3 miles I've been getting bad pains in the arch of my feet. Anyone know any way to help this? Thanks.

Their site is pretty good on all things running including injury. I'm no technical running expert but I do know that getting the right shoes fitted to your feet is of paramount importance to help prevent injury. I'd definitely recommend a high end/high service running store (e.g. Fleet Feet) to help select shoes and learn what types of shoes will work best for you in the future. It may cost more than the local bargin sports store but they know their stuff, can do strike analysis, and will help you stay away from injury. Good luck!

Orthotics!! Im 15, and have a severe case of flat feet, i'd never be able to run more than half a mile before i got orthotics, now i can run 10+ miles without pain (except for soreness, as you'd expect from 10 miles) but i'd definately go visit the orthopedist and check 'em out, they work miracles. hope this helps!
