I have begun base training a few weeks ago and something that has never happened before is happening after about thirty minutes of running my feet begin to fall asleep. I have heard that this could be caused from a pinched nerve but I have not had any back problems. I have shoes that have been fitted to me and other than a few extra pounds from the winter hibernation I can't find any other differences. It started in just my left foot and now is effecting both. Help....
