Online Bike Coach, owned and Operated by Coach Richard Wharton, is currently seeking Trek Y-Foil owners who might be interested in upgrading their forks from the stock OCLV and steel model, to a sub-400 gram, all-carbon, completely aero, threadless fork. Alpha Q, makers of the Sub 300 and the new Aero, has agreed to work with Y-foil owners to develop a fork that will duplicate the current fork's axle-to-crown height, and will split the difference between the 43mm and 47mm rakes found on the OEM fork. The more individuals who express interest, the lower the price. Currently, it is estimated that the new fork would reduce drag at 30mph by roughly 50%, would reduce weight by 40-50%, and would be in the neighborhood of $300, again depending on the number of orders. The forks would come nude, but would be coated with Alpha Q's proprietary TruSpeed coating, further improving aerodynamics at no additional weight.

This fork might be the perfect addition to your current Trek Y-foil, and would extend the life of the bike by several years.
