|have any of you ever tried sodium phosphate loading before a tri ? the stuff i've read indicates ~5-10% perfomance gains. i've heard it can cause upset stomachs and should only be used 2-3 times/year due to potential calcium problems. thanks|

|I have heard of it in Speed Skating i belive, what i think those numbers are refering to is a delay in the build up of lactic acid.. which is an advantage, and upset stomach really means as i read "gastronomical distress"
