|How do I stop goggles from fogging||chskin|

I have a good pair of goggles that fit well but they have lost their anti-fog coating. Is there any way to reapply an anti-fog coat (spitting into them excluded)? Is there any home remedy that would work?
Thanks in advance.

|Smear a thin layer of shampoo (Johnson's baby shampoo is best as it doesn't sting the eyes) inside the lenses, then when you get in the pool, dip them in the water once and shake out the water. That should do it. Saliva does work, but there's rumor (that I've never investigated) that the saliva will eventually eat away at the eyes.|

|ive been spitting into my goggles a few times a week for 10 years or so.
Eye still have 20-20 vision (which is rather remarkable considering I sit in front of a tube all day).
Motorcycling tip.... rub shaving cream into the lenses, rinse out. cheap anti-fog.

|because there's a good chance they sell little containers of an anti fog liquid that you just rub on.|
