|What else do you guys do? I know that we all have our tri training schedules, but what else is there? personally, I maountain bike and single speed. Found that the single speeding helps me on hills where I can pass people becuase of the ability to run a harder gear as well as great cardio work! Anyone else found other cross tarining that really helps? Say it loud, Say it Proud!|

|before i got hooked to cycling and tris i was a gym addict. i still lift a lot (probably more than i should be doing) but i can't help it. sometimes i think it makes me faster.
training takes up most of my time. especially around race times i don't have the energy to pursue anything else.
but most of all, when i do physical activity it has to be physically intense and mentally challenging. honestly, triathlon training is the most intense i've pursued yet.
