I have recently taken up cycling after 7 years as a runner and would like to train for the duathlon. I was just wondering what kind of training I should do. Running mileage compared to cycling mileage, etc... I have been riding since late June and am currently putting about 125 miles a week on the bike. The injuries that forced me into cycling are slowly healing and I am working my way up to about 40 miles a week running. I was doing 50 to 60 a week before I got hurt. Is this a good ratio? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
