I am going to participate the Asian Triathlon in Malaysia which is mainly flat course in bike leg. I have a pair of Ksyrium and some of my friends told me that they are not so good on flat road because they're too light and not areo enough.

What are your opinions and what else is better?? Thanks.

I will second the deep rim front and disc rear. Zipp 404's or 909's are ideal and are not too heavy
