What muscles should I work on?Eric

I'm incorporating weight lifting with my normal training and wondering what muscles I should focus on and what excercies / machines you recommend to do that.
Mainly legs?Marlon

From what I've heard from trainers and coaches, a full-body routine seems to be the way to go to maintain an overall balance, with perhaps a little more emphasis on the legs due to the running and cycling involved. Core routines are especially popular with our triathlon club coach.

Specific exercises? Step-ups are supposed to be excellent for legs. Avoid machines where you can - free weights encourage much better technique and form. Plyometrics are another thing to consider.
