Predictions for time trialSpoiler

This is a long one. The results should be the same as in the first tt, only with larger time gaps. My money's on Aitor and Frigo to go one-two.
I'd say Millar...Dwayne Barry

hardly seen him since the last TT so I'm assuming he's taking it as easy as possible and should be well rested. Frigo and Aitor had a bit of a rough day today!

could be in the running but I wouldn't count on Frigo. He didn't perform in the first tt and he hasn't ridden very well the whole race so what's to say it'll be any different tomorrow.
As for Nozal, I think he'll either have a very good day or he'll blow up. He's had to handle a lot of pressure over the last two weeks and either he could strive off it or it might be the end of him.
IGDG should have a good result and maybe Beltran too. The course doesn't favor Heras at all but he might be able to limit his losses.

is definately a favorite for the stage win if his results from the the last week aren't a picture of his form.
My money's on Nozal.hrv

He's performed like a true champion so far, why not tomorrow? He'll have to turn him self inside-out and visit purgatory , all the while his legs screaming 'please sir, make it stop' to do it (thanks Phil and Paul), but I think he has what it takes. Go Isidrio!

Nozal does have a great chance to win the tt tomorrow but I'm guessing he won't be able to hold out and win the gc though. The Vuelta is probably going to end up just like the tdf this year where no real time gaps were made in the Alps but in the Pyranees the race got torn apart. He was able to hang with the leaders in the first mountains but I'd bet that the "real" climbers are going to set the race on fire in the mountains after this tt and he'll probably blow up the way Cadel evans did in the Giro last year.
I'd say Millaratpjunkie

the course suits him, this is one of his last 2 priorities for the year. I'm sure Aitor and Darios legs will be cooked from today , they had to do heaps of tempo, I think this was as much of the USPS plan as dropping them as Beltran and Heras are weaker TTers. Make some time and soften the opposition. Nozal and G.G got free rides today. I gotta pull for Nozal overall. Geez he kept the leaders jersey while pulling for I.G.G, that took some nads. When was the last time a dom stole a GT?
Yup, Nozal again. nmSpunout
