|Was he on one of those 14-pound featherweights? If so, I'm mighty impressed it survived that blast thru the weeds.
I'm guessing that bike will not race again. If it does I'll be doubly-impressed.

|His bike, the Madone. He only has three of them there i believe, one is a spare, another is a trainer, and the one he is riding now. The one he is riding now, i believe is also the one that went down in Stage 1. That one bike is taking a beating. It looks as if he changed back to his "conventional" downtube shifter for the climbs as well.|| |
