|1. how long can that poor guy casper rode at the back before he has to get cut from the peloton? Im cheering for him to move up once the neck brace is off, but what are the rules regarding the lanterne rouge.
2. how did deluca get a -5 point rating? was he penalized for something?

|He can ride on the back til doomsday. The only way you're DQ'd is if you finish outside of the time the officials deem is too long after the first finisher. It varies.
I'm not sure about the -5 point rating.
Berry Floor is a relatively new large sponsor of the US Postal team.
