|I'm busting some cerebral blood vessels trying to set up my fantasy team for Stage 4. How would you rate the Tour Teams according to TTT strength?
7. Credit Ag.
I would have put Rabobank up there, but not sure without Levi. Where do you think Lotto-Domo would fit? Any dark horses... Vini Caldirola? Boulangere?

I am telling you, Bianchi is not as weak as everyone thinks.

|Euskaltel in front of Saeco? Do they even have TT bikes? ;-)
I thought that they were historical dogs in this event? I do like Bianchi, I just don't know if they go deep enough. I have Jan on one of my squads, by I think I'm sitting him out for my Rabobank rider.

|None of you even have Gerolsteiner on your lists and they have a chance of winning the ttt!! They've got Michael Rich and Uwe Peschel, two of the best team time trialists and itt'ists in the world. Olaf Pollack is an accomplished team pursuit rider (a member of the German team that won gold in Sydney in 2000). Udo Bolts is hard as a rock. Davide Rebellin is a strong rider. Georg Totschnig has won the Austrian itt title, etc.
I'd put them down as the stage winners.

|ONCE should be at the top. They make their team ranking on the TTT every year and there's no reason they shouldn't repeat this year.|

|postal replaced Van de Velde (or was it that Luxemburger, Joachim?) either way, a rouleur with a climber (Beltran) so you would think their TTT might be a little slower this year, no?|
|It will be faster...||Ohmmm|

|If Beltran can stay upright better than Van de Velde on wet road markings, that is. Just kidding, but you have to figure USPS seriously considered this TTT when making their selections. So they have to believe they'll be OK without VdV.|

|If i remember correctly, he was mostly found on the tail end of the train, trying just to keep up with them. It was probably a bad day, but if hincapie, ekimov, pena and padrnos keep it together, theyll do a fine ride...right?|

|Ekimov looks stronger than normal this year and should be a huge help in the ttt. One of his main purposes on the team is for the ttt and to keep the team high in the team classifications. Who better to help Lance drive the USPS train than the reigning Olympic tt champion and a former Olympic team pursuit champion (way back in 1988 or something!!).|| |
