|Yellow team kits?||Iwannapodiumgirl|

|I am most surprised to see that teams with yellow kits are able to retain them during the tour.
I thought that where a team has a yellow kit, they changed their colour for the Tour, to respect the Malliot Jeune, eg, ONCE wore pink for the past few years, together with Mercatone One.
Does anyone know why teams are wearing yellow this year?

|I thought that I was seeing double when I saw two yellow jerseys. Then I realized that they were Vini Caldirola jerseys. Although the jeresys are more key lime green than yellow, they are too close for me.|

|Lance wore it for the Prologue, Brad McGee wore it today. The Vini Caldirola team uniform is not all yellow and not confusing. Credit Agricole's Stuart O'Grady's jersey has yellow, but is mostly white, with green too. ONCE-Eroski has switched to their Tour Pink uniforms as mentioned by you. Euskaltel-Euskadi is orange, not yellow. All other teams have colours which will never be confused with the Tour leading yellow.|

|Watching stage 1, I thought Roman Vainstein was race leader... perhaps it is the colour definition on my television, yet the lime green sure looks yellow to me...
As for Stuie O'Grady - it is Aussie Gold, not yellow!

|ONCE is wearing yellow this year - unless I'm watching a different race than you! Does anyone know why they are permitted to do so this year????|

|ONCE is wearing pink, look again. You are likely seeing a different team's yellow team kit, more specifically the Vini Caldirola riders in their yellow and black jerseys.|
