A "spoiler" is a message that discloses the results of a race in the subject line or the message (e.g., "Lance crashed today" or "Lance loses prologue"). Some people cannot view the race live, so they tape it or catch it later, and would prefer not to have the race "spoiled" by seeing results early. The forum policy concerning spoilers is the following:

1. No spoilers, without disclosure, in any forum other than the Tour/Giro/Vuelta Forum. If you discuss results in any other forum, do not reveal results in the subject line, and put "spoiler" or "results" in the subject line. All posts not in compliance will be deleted or moved at the moderator's discretion, and if people persist in violating the rules, they risk getting banned.

2. The Tour/Giro/Vuelta Forum is wide open fair game. Don't go there if you don't want to see results in the subject lines or messages.

I like that, clearly spelled out rulesatpjunkie
