I think Millar had a right to be pissed. From my read, he protested the dangerous conditions on that stage. He was right and he had a right to protest. When team cars run over riders after the riders warned the organizers.....Ouch.
Hey Bruno..you ought to post this on the general board (nm)PaulCL

He looks like a friggin fairy about to throw a world class hissy fit. You dont hear the true "men" of the day bitchin' and whining about poor conditions and such. They just go out there and get the job done. After all Davey boy himself said he predicted to finish in the top 10 so maybe he should have been there on that stage to avoid such a confrontation with a team car. I didnt see finisher #134, Mechlor Mauri, a man twice his senior in racing and a true champion throwing down his bike and race number like a twelve year old with out his daily dose of Ritalin just because he had a bad day. And lets not even talk about the day Skibby got ran over that day at the TDFlanders on the Olde Karemwort. Piss off.
A fragile mindms

I liked Phil Liggett's comment on Tuesday's Vuelta broadcast that Millar has "a fragile mind."
