|7 minutes to Beloki? I don't think Heras can make up that time on him. 5 minute to Rumsas for 3rd looks possible, but for the final time trial, which Rumsas should do well in.
It would be great to see though...

|1)Lance Armstrong's total domination of the team and all of it's goals. You did see Heras get the order to sit up when he was riding up to Armstrong on stage 12? If they wouldn't let him have a stage win at Armstrong's expense do you think they're going to change tactics for him? I doubt it.
2)His own legs. His performances have been up and down, he needs to make up probably 10+ minutes on Beloki and the likes to get ahead of them and then hold them off in the TT. He couldn't even drop them today at the end of the stage when he attacked. So, probably his only chance is a tactical one and that probably won't happen because of 1 and the fact that ONCE/Kelme/Lampre would chase him down to protect their potential podium spots.

|I think he might be able to end up in the top 5, but a podium spot would be very tough. I think if he was free to do what he is able to do, the he could do it. However, team mgmt will not allow him to pursue personal goals at the expense of his ability to lead out Lance when necessary.|| |
