There are a lot of really good riders more than 20 minutes back. I think he tanked a bit at the beginning of the Tourmalet.

It looks like he finished with the laughing group. Before the stage, Frankie interviewed Lance about his mountain men (Heras, Rubiera, and Landis). Lance said they would rotate them. He also said that Landis was best at sharp accelerations for 2-3K, while Heras and Rubiera were best at the long drags. Today's profile was geared toward long drags.

Did you see Hincapie? Didn't he used to be a sprinter at one time? He came in 8:53 down.
