In his daily diary ( http://www.uspsprocycling.com/02news/tdf02_0715_fa.htm ), Andreu says "The ONCE team is riding Look Carbon bikes with a special Campagnolo groupo and a special gold color. It's only being used here at the Tour, but it is available in the bike shops. My understanding is that anyone who buys this bike gets an invitation to the team training camp in the spring. Now, that's one hell of a rebate program." .

Oh well. What's in a decal, anyway? Pretty bike, though I would have done the handlebar tape in black...

I find it humorous that Looks are being rebadged with GIANT stickers. Is the carbon only for TT or are they riding the bikes for the entire tour? In the past, production bikes usually the exact opposite has happened. Oh well - that is what makes the TdF crazy. Im glad that Litespeed is able to show off their brand name proudly this year.

Something seemed suspicious about the ONCE rigs because they were carbon. The article says that these bikes are available in bike shops. Which ones? There is no mention of a carbon offering on their web site. The only bikes that I have seen are made out of Al.

Does anyone know what ONCE rode last year?

And where's Frankie's evidence to backup that it's a rebadged Look? I'd tend to believe it more if the frame resembled any current Look's, but I've not seen that yet.

Seriously, would a company with the engineering and money that Giant has, really go to a competitor? Maybe for some knowledge sharing, but a total rebadge. Yeah right.

Quit smoking the crack pipe, Frankie.
