|I was reading on the Velonews live coverage that Robbie came across Zabels line and there would certainly be a protest. Did anybody see it? I don't think Zabel protested.|

|Robbie did seem to drift more than he should have. It was hard to tell from the camera view I saw, which distorts perspective, and I didn't stick around to see any other angles. Work calls!
The times I've seen Zabel protest, he usually makes an angry gesture when the incident happens. This time he didn't, which I immediately noticed. That tells me either it wasn't a big deal, or that he realized he would have been beaten anyway so why bother. He got the yellow jersey, so it was a good day.

|there's a video link on letour.com, 2 angles, the head on shot looks like he moved over but the overhead it doesn't look bad at all. Zabel was right on his wheel and had to move over anyway and it looks as though he just drifted as he looked over his shoulder a little, nothing to upset Zabel, they shook hands right after.|

|They showed some footage from overhead at it didn't seem that Robbie drifted TOO much...Zabel shook his hand after they crossed the line, so I would think nothing untoward happened.
|I think there are definite grounds for protest but ...||Djudd|

|Zabel got what he really wanted, he is in yellow, much more important to Telekom.|

|i mean he did come over quite a bit, but it didn't appear to be all that intentional.|| |
