HAve you ever drafted behind a big semi on the freeway?? The semi cuts the wind in front of you and you can go really fast without using that much energy. Teres a ride through the downtown of where I live and there are lots of lights about 2 blocks apart so if you time it right you can catch a draft behind some old beater van or truck and I'll be cruising at about 25-30mph with a cadence of about 10/min the same principal applies to the leadout, you sit on their wheel while they "lead" you out, and then when you get about 300-400m to the finish you turn on the jets and beat everybody.
