|I'm in the minority, but I think Ulrich is going to win. Mind you, as a good yankee I am pulling for Armstrong. I expect Ulrich to come on stronger than people think.

1) That's a 1-day race, not a three-week stage race
2) I don't recall there being many climbs on that course--and that's Armstrong's specialty
So if Jan took that victory, spent the last several months building on that... he *could* be a threat.
But I tend to side with Duane Gran on this one. I don't think Jan will win... but he'll give us a few close calls. Might even get the yellow jersey a day or two.
It's all about the climbs...
