I'm new to this site and was wondering who rode across the U.S. If you have directions or the route you went on I'd greatly appreciate any info. I'm probably going to post this message several times this week so try not to get pissed off at me. If you have info please E-MAIL me since I might not be back to check up on my post Thanks for the help! Aceman

I too am planning to ride across the U.S. next spring-summer. I am also trying to find route information. The American Lung association did a ride in 1998-99 and 2000. I have e-mailed them to see if they would send route information. If I get anything I will let you know. I have heard that there is a group of people who will let you stay at their homes for a nominal fee. I saw their web site about two years ago and if you know of how I would sign up I would appreciate it doug

I did the coast to coast last year with cycle America and it was great! The route, the food, and the experience was a once in a lifetime thing! I strongly recommend Greg Walsh, he runs a great tour and he keeps you out of harms way. Email me if you would like. I rode every f'n inch, every hill and I'm 46! On a recumbent of course! We had guys in their 70's who did it too!
