|I have one, bought it in 1974.
Quite useful and although currently dated as it relates to diet and some of the equipment parts, is still relevant for the road or track racer. Covers training, position, pedaling mechanics, breathing exercises, training including motor pacing, tactics, strategy, etc.
The last one I saw went for about $65 on EBay.

|I bought one at last years bicycle expo here in Seattle for $5. I don't think that the seller knew what it was and I was able to suppress my excitement while handing over the 5 spot. It was a shopworn new copy with the price tag still in place.
I would agree that it's useful in an amusing fashion; it reinforces the point that the more things change the more they stay the same.
