ISO pair of Campy rims.MShaw

I'm on a Don Quixote-like quest for a pair of Campy Omega XL rims. I'm looking for a pair of 32 hole NOS or slightly used 22mm wide box section rims from the late 80s/early 90s.

I've tried everywhere I can think of: campyonly.com, renaissancecycle.com, etc. but I'm having less than stellar luck finding them.

Anyone know of any?

Mike

I bought these on EBay about 2 years ago for $34- and will probably have them built up this winter. I assume you mean clinchers as I also have 3 prs of NOS Omega tub rims in storage. Anyway, banana_brain the seller turned out to be renaissance cycles in Eindhoven. Fortunately for me, I live in London so it's fairly easy.

The Mavic's are the legendary SSC tubulars, 28 hole and awaiting build up and also from Eindhoven.

Why the search for these particular rims? You can, at times, find NOS in Europe more easily than in the States.
I haven't seen a pair of those since the early 90s!MShaw

I've been looking off and on for years now... Interested in selling/trading for something?

I had a friend in college that had a pair of these rims. I wanted a pair badly, but my college student budget wouldn't let me buy any. Now that I can afford them, I can't find them!
