|Here's a new one to me; http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3624313924&category=22681&rd=1
The frame appears to be a late 80's model, what with the internal and under BB cable routings. I also think that flat crowns were used interchangeably for a few years with the sloping versions.
So here's my question; what do you think this is? A weird Corsa Extra, Corsa or one of the cheaper frames Eddy was doing for a few years like a Strada?

|I'll let the Merckx experts reply but I remember reading somewhere that Eddie licensed his same to someone in England to make frames in the 70's-80's???|

|It looks like a "real" Merckx with the Merckx lugs not one of the Falcons.|

|I agree that it looks like a "real" Merckx. The seat stay arrangement is authentic and definitely isn't Falcon, they used wrap around stays. The fork crown looks "right" too. Don't recall seeing the internal brake cable but I'm not an expert.
Decals on the head and seat tube look right but somehow the "Eddy Merckx" decal looks a little off to me though that could be photography or even my monitor.
Merckx's I've seen are Columbus and some are Reynolds, have never heard of Asian tubing though Tange Prestige is a very fine tubeset. Might be a fairly rare bike.
