i'm beginning the fixing(pun) up of an older motobecane grand jubile and need to get a new seatpost. does anyone know what size those frames took? does anyone have one laying around that would like to send it to a good home?

thanks

Used to have one of those...until I got the Atlantis, it really was my favorite bike of all time. Did my first century and all kinds of stuff on it, then destroyed it in a crash.
When I junked the frame, I pulled off all the parts I thought I could use and stuck them in a box, which I think is still in the garage. I've cannibalized it over the years, but I don't remember using the seatpost. I'll take a look tonight and post when I get home if it's still out there. Yours free, if I have it.
