I have a Bianchi Nuova Racing that I bought new around 1985 and it looks very similar to your frame -- same color, decals, cable guides on top tube. Mine is a steel lugged frame and fork. The seat stays have a blue B engraved where they join the seat tube, and the fork crowns have a blue Bianchi engraving. There is a steel cable guide attached just above the bottom bracket. Horizontal rear dropouts with adjuster screws. Eyelets on front and rear dropouts. Nice frame although heavy by today's standards -- about 7 lbs. for the frame and fork.

When new, my Bianchi had Campy Nuovo Record derailleurs and shifters, Ofmega cranks and pedals, Universal brakes, Bianchi seat post, Cinelli stem, Ambrosia wheels, 3T bar. Bianchi tended to put a mix on components on their older bikes, rather than complete groups as is common now.
