Any place to get GUM brake hoods...?MrDan

I'm about to relegate my old Lotus to trainer duty. It has drilled Shimano 600 levers with gum rubber hoods. They are the originals on this 20+ yr/old bike. Needless to say, they are in atrocious condition - looks like they've actually "melted" onto the lever housing - disgusting!

Does anybody manufacturee these beasts anymore or do I send myself to the land of eBay?

The regular rubber ones are much cheaper than the real gum ones, too. I assume you mean non-aero, right (cable comes out the top)?

Here are some links:

BRAKE LEVER HOODS - GIPIEMME - real gum type. These are dead ringers for Campagnolo NR/SR. These are fresh! NOS $25

Check Harris Cyclery, too. I've seen them several places.
