Anybody else doing the Trexlertown flea market?Humma Hah

12 October, the Lehigh Valley Velodrome will host their 2002 Big Bicycle Flea Market, 9AM to 2PM. Read all about it at If you need parts for your big bicycle, I'm told this is the place to be.

I'm hoping to find enough parts to do a credible job of building a vintage fixie out of the Paramount. So I hearby declare that I get first dibs on the 70's vintage Campy Pista parts. Assuming, of course, that I see 'em first.

Who will I see there?
I'd love to but..Walter

can't quite get over the distance.

I'd love a new frame for my fixie as I can't seem to dial in the old LeTour frame I'm currently using but eBay stuff is high and I can't find a used roadbike around my hometown. Oh well, it'll appear sooner or later.
I will be there with some items to sell!!wspokes

I will be there at you can see me on the infield at spot #75. I will have some assortments of items myself as well as the leftover remnants of my mother's recently closed up bike shop.
What I am taking, just to name a few items:
2 Italian 58-59cm framesets. Both are NOS with only shop wear and never built up.
One is Reynolds 531. only $135
another is Columbus SL main frames with faulk, chrome fork and very nice! $150
I will also have with me a Spanish frameset,
60cm Razesa, nice bike. Columbus Aelle tubing, this is used but respectable! $150
some messenger bags, very cheaply priced from $15-25 bucks!. Anyone collect Mussette bags?, I have a few older mussette bags.
Parts, all my suntour leftovers were nabbed up prior to the swap but I will probably have some other parts.

T-town is a great place to go though, plenty of inexpensive items to purchase and plenty of fun! I hope it is another good year!!

I'd ask why you'd sell such nice stuff ...Humma Hah

... but then I notice you're the one with the '29 roadracer.

If a guy who looks like Abe Lincoln comes up to spot #75 and starts poking around looking at cranks, stems and bars, say, "Hi, Humma".
As long as your honest Abe!wspokes

Ok, Hummah
Stems...I should have two boxes. quill and threadless. probably all $10 and under! cranks...Hmmm, not many of those left over! Stop by!

Believe it or not, The 29 Racer didn't cost as much as the wheelset that I will need for the 29 racer!! OUCH! The parts will add up! But when I am done...I am hoping to have a unique ridable museum piece! I will post an update on the frameset also!
