Cinelli 64-44 bar. What do the two numbers mean? Inches & mm?

the second number has got to be cm, so what's the first number? Diameter of the tube maybe?

63- Champion du Monde, medium drop and a very round bend. Phil Anderson's choice during his Motorola days with about 20mm taken off the ends.

64- Giro d'Italia, shallowest drop of the four models

65- Criterium, the tops were not straight across but curved forward earlier than the other four models, medium drop similar to the 63. Roger deVlaeminck's preference.

66- same bend as the 63 but deeper drop, later to be known as the Merckx for their famous user.

Measurements were and are done center to center versus the most the the market which use outside to outside.
