|Indoor trainer workout ideas to prepare for time trials?||HouseMoney|

|Seems like many of the early-season races in my area are tt's (assuming the '04 schedule remains unchanged from '03).
Are there any workouts on the trainer that I could throw into the mix for the next few months that'll prepare me for the pain of time trials? (until xmas, I'll be training without a hr monitor.) From what I've seen, the tt's are distances between 7-11 miles ±.
I also anticipate doing crits & rr's, and returning to mtb racing, but those'll start later in the spring.
