Here is the problem I have. Whenever I pasted my race resume and clicked "Upgrade," I got a "page not found" error.

Send their helpdesk people an email, they should respond.
I logged on and tried to register an account. Their system recognized my name, brought up my old expired license/membership number from an old mailing address, and asked if it was me. Using that I couldn't reply to the confirmation email. I sent an email to the helpdesk address from their contact-us section and got back a reply within the day and the problem was identified as a system problem with the way my ISP service handles emails and long link addresses. Followed the fix suggestion and completed the process and good to go now.

Contact them, tell them specifically what the problem is, and they should be able to fix you up. They seem to be very responsive right now, and do not seem to be totally swamped like they can be during the main riding season.

I contacted Peter Ben and the problem was actually with my WinXP. :-) I ended up using my Win98 system to send the upgrade request. Just in case someone my get confused about the cat selection after clicking the upgarde button. Select the cat selection you want to upgarde to.
That's great, however...No_sprint

Our regional rep. has it plastered all over our website not to send upgrade requests to usacycling. They should all go to her at the regional office. I haven't checked into whether that has changed or not.

I think if you use the website for the upgarde request, the request is actually redirected to your regional rep. Whether or not the request gets to them that is the question.
