How to find TT race scheduals for nxt yr?jjdbike
Oct 16, 2003 3:00 PM
I am reading Joe Friel's Road Bike Training Bible. I am planning out my upcomming season & want to plug in some A & B priority races. I will be 39 yrs old. I have only done club TT's, but want to step it up this yr! I live in South Eastern corner of PA (half way between Philadelphia and Lancaster PA). Where do I look to find these scheduals?
Thanks
JD

You won't find next year's schedule till...next year. Many "annual" races are done the same time every year. Use the schedule from the previous year to plan for next year. You may have to adjust your sch. but in most cases they are within a week from year to year.
Thanks,but where do I find that?jjdbike

That sounds like a good idea. But where would I find this past season's annual TT & race schedual for my area? Is there a TT association, organisation, web site, etc.? When I used to race XC MTB I used a web site (www.mountainbikeracer.com). This was very convienent. Is there anything like this for road races &/or TTs?
Thanks again
JD

I'm not far from Philly. I've found this to be a good source for races in the area. http://www.cyclingcalendar.com/

I did a quick search for PA and noticed the Lancaster Cnty TT series listed.
Perfect!...Thanks! I thought someone here would know of one..NM.jjdbike
