I fitted a y foil with aerobars. when i am down in the aerobars for more then 5 mins i get pain in my hips.
What is this a sign of? seat too forward or too back?

|It is a sign that you are not flexible enough to achieve the position you have set up. Work on some stretching and on riding your aero position. Both will help you to get comfortable. If you can't get comfortable after a few weeks, you might have success with moving things around, or you might never get comfortable in your position. Then you'll have to move things around. If you move things now and get comfortable, you should then try to slowly move things toward a more aero position as you adapt to the position.|| |
