Welcome back, A. Wondering where you were.

I raced in Feb., March and did a whole bunch of training crits since. Just having fun, doing more mountain biking, centuries, etc.

District TT in August, maybe road race or two, some more crits then focus on mtb. for awhile. Living the good (2 wheel-ed) life!

Was flyin' now dyin' here. Got involved in a mix up in a race about 3 weeks ago. Destroyed a nice set of wheels, etc. I'll be back out this weekend for the first time since.

Good luck in late summer!

I thought you were dead!

I was making really good progress at MTB racing--upgraded to Expert and got three top-ten finishes and one top-five. Then I decided to focus on crit racing for the second half of the year, started doing a ton more anaerobic and sprint intervals, over-trained and got strep throat. So now I am dying--two weeks of zero training, and just getting back into it now. Hope to come back and finish the season strong.

Well try not to repeat that! Coming back from overtraining is worse than starting out at base. The psychology of going from fast to last so quickly is tough. Good luck though. I'm sure you will be flyin by late August or sooner!
