Hi! What's up Carbon110? How did you do at Patriot's Trail RR in SC? What have you been up to since my last post to you. Send me you e-mail address. I have 3 race reports for you to have fun with. Are you going to do Dilworth Crits, or are you going to do the HighRim Stage classic in Tenn? I am planning on doing one or the other. Just let e-mail me at (quietone_75@hotmail.com). As for a good laugh I was thinking about getting a cycling caoch.

P.S.

I didn't have the chance to race at all after March 27th. Some woman had a errrr....a...ahhh...an error in judgement and ran into me with her car and was the worst Samaritan in dealing with it. So, I have a few broken bones and won't be raing until about late Sept or Oct. and that will be just for fun no results. Next year though, I will be back in good form with an even bigger base since I will be spending July-Sept in the gym, doing base miles and Physical therapy. But, I would REALLY like to hear about your race experience and how you did,how it panned out and anyother details. Did you enjoy it? Any race reports I would be happy to read as I am at home most of the time crutching my butt around looking for something to read or do. so anything cycling related is a real pleasure especially from my RBR colleagues. I would suggest you do the HighRim stage race. Its a blast! Let me know if you want a coach or any questions you may have about it. Take care
