Over trained. Need help to come back2slow

Ya I know. I've called myself all those names already.
I've been though the week and a half or so of not even wanting to look at a bike. I was able to do a three easy rides last week. Had to limp home within an hour on my last ride earlier this week; no legs.Did the trainer, zone 1, later in the week, just trying to keep the blood circulating. Still have a elevated heart rate in the morning.
The real insult to injury came this weekend when I had to ask for a refund in a points race.
My biggest race of the year is in two months, at the end of June.Any articals to read on this, or suggestions, recommendations, would be welcomed.

Make sure you have some no bike days...one a week is preferable. keep it easy when your not on your bike. If you go and mow the lawn or move furniture then it doesnt do your body rest. Make sure you take rest weeks with little to no intesity other then maybe a local race. Stay away from group rides during rest weeks...dont choose a hard ride everyday

when i am feeling overtraines i find that it helps to find a nice flat loop w/ a good tailwind so that u can have fun in the 53t spinning w/ no effort. :O)

Yes, I've tried E-Caps in the past and they've helped me; but I'm unemployed right now with other more important considerations, like rent.I am getting back on the bike now and doing some easy rides, but can really feel my legs, and my mental state is swinging back around. I'm just trying to come back slow and easy, not trying to push myself too hard with lots of rest.
