I had my first full racing seson last year and am just about to start my third year of cycling. On the weekend I got the news that I have been moved up to Category one! So I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself.

At the same time however, my races have just gotten a lot longer and a lot faster. When I think about the distances I'm a little worried. I was promoted on the same grounds that everyone else was though, and my fitness is still improving so maybe I'll be ok... or able to finish with the pack atleast.

My next race will be run with pros so I hope I don't make anyone crash... Any advice?

The best advice would be to get some wheels that didn't have steel rims.
You'll probably also want to take off that basketshirt

Regarding where to put Toto, you'll have to get some professional coaching advice.
