|Who's seen Lance's before he had cancer? His neck was a lot bigger. One of the tour commentators said that Eddy Merckx told Lance that he would never win the tour with a neck like that. Did it get smaller from atrophy from cancer? How could he have made it smaller without ever having cancer?|

|I was a distance swimmer in college (12 years ago), weighed 15 lbs more than I do now but, had the same pant size and probably a little less body fat. Pretty much gave up swimming post college and started biking and racing. Your body just adapts to what your doing. |
Lance still was bigger pre-cancer from his triathalon days. I suppose the stress to his body from cancer accelerated this adaptation.
