Training Biblemanicoti

Does anyone know when a new edition of the Cyclist's Training Bible is coming out? The current edition runs out in 2002 for scheduling years. I know that 1997 and 2002 start out the same and can be used, but if there is a new edition, I would like to get it.

Haven't heard. Why don't you e-mail Joe Friel and share his response with us?

It should be out next year. It will focus more on power output and some other new techniques.

The scheduling form in the back of that book (the "annual training plan") is just a printout of an excel spreadsheet. You can easily make one yourself in excel, and customize it any way you like. You can also go to trainingbible.com, sign up for a free trial, and create a cool full-color customized plan for 2003 (and print it out).Mr Good
