|Would love some feedback from anyone that acually owns the tapes. I have a few main interests but would love to start with one great tape:
Recovery & Technique (don't want the recovery but really want to perfect my pedaling technique) -
Fat burning - concentrating on the 60-80% zone
Hill climbing - not convinced that this can be achieved with a video.
Starting to get on the trainer and want to relieve the boredom in the garage and these videos seem like a great way to do that.
Thanks for your input!

|The Uphill Grind and No Slackers Allowed. Both give me a great workout. He tries to give you a target heart zone percentage during intervals, etc. I think the Uphill Grind will help with your hill climbing (strength-wise). They do make the trainer a little less boring, but it's still not as fun as being outside.

|They all are good and just differ in intensity. They all hurt if you put in the effort. I like Sufferarama and the Uphill Grind. I would suggest getting two to limit the monotony. We've got 5 here at work and alternate them to provide various levels of intesity and to allow for recovery. I also keep a crazy mtb vodeo handy to watch while doing recovery/technique rides on the rollers. A Tour video would work for that as well.
As long as you are consistant..you'll hit the pavement in great shape in the spring.
Ride on sister!
