|Well as for me,I trying to put together a training program for myself(Cat5 racer). Got to buy a heart-rate moniter. And start getting some training in for next year. That including finding a way to get more riding time in before I go to work. Working on get more base mileage in before next racing season. Also thinking about doing more Road races and Crits.,and maybe a TT or 2. Other than getting me a new road bike next year. Besides that I am regreting getting a Pro race tire to replace my back tire which has gone to road tire heaven. And completed my 1st racing season and finish my 2nd cycling tour of N.C. I did 6 races this year( 4 Crits and 2 Road races) Got to to more races, and get more training time on my road bike. Uphill climb for me BLOG.

on a better note the past couple of weeks ive been able to spin on the trainer for a bit, so thats good =)
but keep the the hard work and keep your head up!

|it's cyclocross time.
I like it, but lately I've been feeling burnt out. and it's getting colder, which does not help. I've been sleeping in(as far as a student's schedule allows) and stuffing my face. probably up to a whole 125 lbs by now. call me a wimp, but I was born in the tropics.
but yes, I am training for next season. BLG, are you going to Europe or not? if so, good luck, if not, good luck anyway!
FBM, how's the riding going? build up a base and kick their butts next year!!

|it coming along just fine so far. I just purchased the Cyclist Training Bible by Joe Friel. Starting work on how to get 12 hrs of training to fit into a week, that not to mention go to work at 3p.m. M-F. I will figure that out over the next 2 weeks. As far as base mileage I am working on that now. With the age that I am now(32yrs old) going on (33yrs old)it going to be interesting, not to say the least. But here is something funny for you. I am thinking about try a TT or 2 next year. You have to remeber that my goals for the next year will be to finish with the pack and hopefully start moving into a contention for a top10 finish by the end of the year.So I have my work cut out for me.
