|I was gonna ask this in the racing forum, but it's a bit slow.
Do any of you guys participate in any type of offseason aerobics, kardio kombat, etc..workout? If so, how is it? If not for some particualr reason..why?

|I'll be swimming, running and skiing. Plain old aerobics classes are probably a really good thing for cyclists to do in the offseason, but most male roadies are way too macho to do such a thing. Like me.

|No offense, but I dont see many roadies as being "macho". And, the racing forum is pretty slow.|

|They are about as arrogant, egotistical, selfish, bunch of bastards as any you'll meet. Is that not Macho. I'm not talking the Metric Century Group, but the racing one.
No Offense to any Jet Pilots.

|..and your descriptions are perfect! But, I dont consider skinny guys wearing lycra that shave their legs to be macho, or be considered macho by others. In otherwords, if a dude can do that, why can't he join an aerobics class?
But, Im not. anyhow.

|A friend of mine was an Offensive lineman for St. Mary's college (Macho?). He kept in shape in the offseason by taking aerobics classes. It works, and the scenery aint bad. I'm sure you are secure enough with your sexuality not to let what others think bother you. Right?|| |
