Anybody else doing this race? I'm going up with a few friends and thought I'd see if anyone else was going up. My first stage race so I can't wait. The road race is looking awesome, some nice big climbs to start and then rolling hills the rest of the way.

From my neighborhood it seems everyone is going. It should be tough(tough course and tough field). I hope I can get to sleep the night before, I'll have to count sheep. What are you riding/wearing, are you doing the 4/5s? I take it your looking forward to some hills you can climbo. I'll be wearing my nifty tight black bib with the little emblem on the side and likely my svelt blue top of italian design with a dash of red and yellow. My helmet, a dangerously bright orange, should go with nothing I'm wearing but thats ok. My steed is a glistening metalic blue(contrasts nicely with the helmet) with white lettering outlined in black that spell "abici" but should be read as"klein". Doin the 4/5s

It would be great to have any race in Colorado with a payout like that for the Cat 3's. Hell, I'd be happy with the payout from any one day, let alone the entire stage :(

on the first hill is easy, second hill - OH MY GOD!!!! PUKE AT THE TOP!!!, third hill easy. Rollers back to town. CAT 3 route is harder. You'll earn your winnings.

yes, I'm sure if I make any of the top 15 placings I will probably have earned it. It's going to be tough but definitely fun. I hear the second climb is killer for the last half mile so I'll bve saving everything I can on the first climb. With some rain in the forecast it could be interesting.
