Thanks for you wonderful comment,Str8drum. It was real moving. Considering it coming from a future Cat 4 or 3 racer like you. I am honored to recieve such worthy comment from you. I remeber it when this Cat 5 racer wins one in the future. And to you Carbon 110 I wish you are the good luck. And learn everything Str8drum has to offer you. Maybe one day you will beat him in a race. Str8drum keep the comments about my racing rolling. It will help this 32yr old racer striving for a goal of a top 10 finish. You will be the first to know.

Thanks FBM,

I ride with alot of the guys Str8drum1 races against and there is no better training, especially if they are as humble, funny and just excellent examples on how to be a top of the line athlete and not allow it to go to your head. I am hoping next year will be my banner year. I have a good plan mapped out and know the races I have a god chance at winning. Although, this weekend I am looking forward to putting the hurt into at least a few people :)But it should be alot of fun and I will follow the advice of str8drum1 and do as little work as possible...well untiul those hills, but I love hills :)FBM maybe we can hook it up at some of next years spring races and get a good cackle out of the characters on RBR! Good luck to you, it sounds like you are on the right track to achieve your goal...or maybe surprise yourself and do better than you hoped! Let us know

visiting friends near Burlington so there was no way I couldn't do the race. I'm looking forward to it since it will be my first race with significant climbing in it. I did Fitchburg last year, but the only climb in that is the one to the finish of the road race. I'll be the only guy there in a First State Velo Sport kit (Blue, Green and White). Say hi!
